Our used die cutting machines can be a cost-effective alternative to a new die cutting machine.
The die cutting machines we overhaul undergo the general disassembly on the transmission components with particular attention to:
- pinions coupling
- lubrication renewal
- bronze bearings check
- control of planes parallelism
In many cases, on our second-hand die-cutters, we carry out:
- reconditioning or replacement of the clutch,
- installation of a new electrical plant
- optimisation of the safety devices and installation of n. 2 side safety mats
- reconditioning of the hardened cutting plate
- supply of the special self-centering full size chase
