Processing
The Imperia range is particularly suitable, besides of the die-cutting and creasing and kiss-cut, also for hot foil stamping (gold blocking), with or without embossing.
Special processes such as the production of puzzles, the cutting of honeycomb cardboard thickness mm. 20, the cutting of foam sheets and the hot cutting of hollow plastic board, require an enhanced machine construction and special processing, that the company Rabolini is able to provide on request.

Solid cardboard, corrugated cardboard, microwave, hollow plastiv board, PP, and so on.

AUTOMATION AND CONTROL PANEL
Automation controlled by PLC, equipped with all inputs and outputs, necessary for the application. Safety CPU and touch screen. It highlights the functions and parameters set of the machine, in addition to possible faults, avoiding inefficiencies and machine stops.
DIFFERENT COINFIGURATIONS
Imperia is available hand-fed and also with automatic feeder / delivery unit, with different configurations and options.
