Automatic feeder of great versatility
N. 2 side lays (left and right), operation controlled by photocell.

In the die-cutting station the low movable plane, moves up to the top, driven by four knuckles system, for powerful cutting pressures.

The three chases stripping station, provided with triple motion, removes the inside and four sides perimetral wastes of the die-cut sheet (gripper margin included).
The special quick-lock upper stripping chase is included in the supply.

One pile delivery station with automatic non stop system.
A tape inserter automatic device is installed, scheduled to introduce paper tabs among the cut sheets, in order to mark the sheet quantities.

Applications and descriptions

Machine for hot foil stamping and embossing (gold blocking) with two or three foil feeds, fitting of foil reels up to 250 mm diameter.
The foil reels can beinstalled in the sheet transport direction, or also across the sheet direction (cross system).
Automatic rewinding of the used foil.
When the specific equipment is added, the machine can be converted to the traditional cold cutting, without any stripping.
